In a renewed demonstration of his commitment to educational development, the Member representing Gusau/Tsafe Federal Constituency, in Zamfara state, Hon. Kabiru Amadu Mai-Palace, has awarded scholarships and paid school fees for 449 students of various tertiary institutions across the country.
The initiative, valued at ₦39.4 million, marks the seventh phase of Hon. Amadu’s scholarship programme aimed at supporting the academic pursuits of indigent students within his constituency.

Speaking at the presentation, Hon. Amadu reaffirmed his dedication to human capital development, noting that education remains a vital tool for empowerment and social progress. He emphasized that the gesture was part of his continuous effort to give back to society and promote academic excellence among young people.
The beneficiaries, drawn from different institutions of higher learning, expressed profound appreciation to the lawmaker for his sustained investment in education. They pledged to make good use of the opportunity and justify the confidence reposed in them.
The Mai-Palace Scholarship Scheme has become a consistent intervention under Hon. Amadu’s representation, reinforcing his record of prioritizing education and youth development in Zamfara State.
